People
We see it as our duty to care for everyone who works for us. Whether employed directly or indirectly, many have travelled a long distance from their families and deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. This duty of care is reflected in the conditions and culture we oversee in all our projects.
Equally important are the people and communities who will be served by our infrastructure for the years and generations to come. We engage and consider these communities throughout our work, to understand their needs and meet them as completely as possible.
Health & Safety
We have a proud culture of health and safety. Starting with our belief that the only acceptable number of injuries is zero, we have invested in every area of our work to meet and surpass ISO standards.
From equipment and procedures, to training and communications, we focus on preventing incidents from happening in the first place. At each stage, we track and measure performance, incentivising every one of our people to make health and safety their personal priority.
Quality
We are driven to meet the highest standards in all we do. Our processes and procedures meet ISO standards for management systems and health & safety, and place an emphasis on quality control throughout the project journey.
More than this, we know that quality starts with culture. When hiring, we look for people who themselves maintain the highest personal standards. Working as long-term partners to our clients, we then strive to continually improve, taking responsibility for every detail of our work.
Environment
A project can only succeed if its impact on the environment is effectively managed, from start to finish. Caring for the environment is hardwired into our process and procedures at every stage – from choosing sustainable materials, to making sure fuel is disposed of responsibly...
We provide training to everyone who works with us, including subcontractors. This ensures our work complies not just with local laws and regulations, but with the highest international standards. We also insist on full reporting of any environmental breach that does occur, making transparency and accountability our platform for progress.
